I buy only eco packaging, however I get so many plastic packaging from suppliers that I believe it is worth it to reuse as much as possible. That’s why, to make sure the pottery you ordered arrives safe, your item will be wrap in a nice eco gift box and then wrap in a second box with plastic bubble-wrap which I hope you will be able to reuse.
I am happy to discuss commission pieces. Whether you are looking for one of my items in a different size or colour, for a different object, for a portrait or a sculpture. Please get in touch!
If you would like an item that is out of stock, please contact me. I will probably be able to make you one! If it is in process or has to be made, it might take 1-4 weeks, but I do my very best to get it as soon as possible to you!
I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Each piece is individually made and unique, so there might be slight variations in colour, size and shape, which is part of their charm.
Sometimes the bowls might be not totally round due to the high temperature they go through for strength and durability, or the glaze-nuance might vary a bit from piece to piece, and between each firing. I always choose as similar pieces as possible within one order. But remember, these small differences in shape, color and weight is actually what creates the character and beauty, and emphasize the difference between made by hand and industrial factory made products.
If an item arrives damaged or broken, please send me a photo within 24 hours to hello@piancaceramics.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
